Quorum have purchased the Acumen Centre, on First Avenue, Poynton. The three storey building extends to 20,500 sq ft and comprises four individual blocks. The building is currently part let to two tenants with approximately 10,000 sq ft vacant.

The building is suitable for refurbishment or conversion to a variety of uses, and Quorum will now work up future plans for the site.
