Originally from a corporate banking background with Barclays in London, Paul joined Quorum in 2003. With 20 years’ commercial property experience Paul is helping to further Quorum business through land acquisition, development & investment and joint ventures.

A Chartered Surveyor with over 17 years’ experience. Andrew jointed Quorum in 2013 from CBRE in London where he was a Director in the Investment Department. Andrew is responsible for seeking new development and investment opportunities as well as lettings within the existing portfolio.

PAUL COOK
Director
A Chartered Surveyor with 20 years’ experience in the North West property market. Paul joined Quorum in 2007 from King Sturge in Manchester, where he worked in the industrial agency team. Paul deals with new development and investment opportunities, and has delivered a number successful office and industrial developments. These schemes have been delivered on a speculative basis by Quorum or with funding partners, and also on a build to suit basis for a range of occupiers.

EMMA SALISBURY
Management Surveyor
A Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience, Emma jointed Quorum in 2013 as portfolio management surveyor. Drawing on experience gained as part of the in-house management team at Industrious Ltd (formerly Saville Gordon Estates) as well as in private practice for GVA and CBRE she is responsible for the day to day management of the portfolio from tenant liaison to service charge administration.

ALISON HAWTHORNE
Financial Accountant
Alison joined Quorum at the beginning of 2014 with over 15 years’ experience in accounting for business within the financial and property sectors. Her role of compiling and analysing financial records is key to providing senior management with the information designed to help them grow the business.
