BREDBURY GATEWAY, STOCKPORT

Quorum have submitted an outline planning application for Bredbury Gateway for 1.25m sq ft on 75 acres. The site will be the premier employment location within Stockport and the south-east quadrant of Greater Manchester and will be known for the quality of its environment, buildings, and occupiers.

It will make an immediate difference to the ability of Stockport to attract inwards investment of scale and to satisfy pent up demand for warehouse accommodation to serve South Manchester’s population.
