PAUL COOK

Paul is responsible for lettings and seeking new development or investment opportunities, and has considerable experience in developing both industrial and office schemes.

Originally from a corporate banking background with Barclays in London, Paul joined Quorum in 2003. With 20 years commercial property experience Paul is helping to further Quorum business through land acquisition, development & investment and joint ventures.
MARK RODGERS
Surveyor
Since joining Quorum in 2000, from Knight Frank in Manchester where he was head of Office Agency, Mark has helped to significantly increase the development and investment business of Quorum.

A Chartered Surveyor with over twelve years experience. Andrew joined Quorum in 2013 from CBRE in London where he was a Director in the Investment Department. Andrew is responsible for seeking new development and investment opportunities as well as lettings within the existing portfolio.

Emma joined Quorum in 2013 as portfolio management surveyor, drawing on experience gained as part of the in-house management team at Industrious Ltd (formerly Saville Gordon Estates) and more recently in private practice for GVA
