Quorum undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of this 45,000 sq ft building in the centre of Trafford Park which was completed early 2014.

The property was purchased on a speculative basis in 2013, with the property in dilapidated condition and the tenant no longer in occupation of the building. Quorum sold the property to an occupier shortly after works completed.
